Ｖ３で「２．電子レセプトＣＡＬＣＣＳＶ」に入るためＨ２２／０２と入れると下記の表示が出てＣＳＶの画面が出てきません。Ｈ２２／０１の場合は開きます。念のため、２月分の処方をすべて入力し直しましたがやはり開きません。こまっています解決方法を教えて下さい。
